Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Transmit customer requests to the appropriate service technician or department
- Provide estimates for tire services, brake repairs, brake services, suspension repairs, shocks and struts replacements, etc.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of tire services, brake repairs, brake systems, suspension repairs, shocks and struts replacements, etc
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
