We're looking for a full-time, staff Human Resource Business Partner to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Parsons, Kansas.
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for the tactical execution and/or administration of a range of tasks in support of the Munitions employee population. These tasks include but are not limited to: health and welfare benefits administration, on-boarding and off-boarding, leave administration and Workers' Compensation administration. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with the Manager, HR in the planning and/or execution of Day & Zimmermann enterprise-wide initiatives, programs and processes that span Munitions business. The HR Business Partner is responsible for the daily administrative operations of HR in full support of the Munitions leadership team and the employee population.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $59,600 - $89,400. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
