We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Fulfillment Specialists for a project-based assignment at our Parma, OH location. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling ski pass kits by organizing multiple items into folders and envelopes.

Duration: 4 months (July – October)

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 7:30am - 4pm, Monday - Frida

Responsibilities:

• Build and fulfill ski pass kits efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a production rate of 120 kits per hour.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed; assistance will be provided for any lifting over 50 lbs.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Utilize basic computer skills for line training.
• Enjoy free parking at the front of the building.
• Possibility of permanent employment based on performance and project needs.

Skills required:

• Ability to commit to the full duration of the project (July – October).
• Candidates must be able to stay for the entire project period.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Must be able to read/write/communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills for line training.
