In addition to leasing activities, they also assist the property management team with marketing, quality control, signage and retention strategies.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSGreet, qualify, and provide tours to prospective tenantsFollow up with prospects regarding statusInput information into computer systems accurately and timelyEnsure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed dateGather information about market competition in the areaFollow policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal lawsFollow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of safety hazardsEnsure Holton-Wise signage is properly positioned at all rental propertiesSpecial projects and other responsibilities as assigned POSITION QUALIFICATIONSExcellent customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively and develop relationships quicklySales and closing skillsCompetence in the use of standard office equipment including telephones, Internet, & photocopierBasic computer and data-entry skillsDemonstrate strong work ethics with the ability to adapt to changeUnderstand and carry out oral and written instructionsSocial media savvyMust have a cellphone with a data plan & unlimited textingClean driving recordSKILLS & ABILITIESHigh school graduate or equivalent Sales or customer service industry experience BENEFITS Full time position (Flexible hours.
