Responsibilities :

• Room Cleaning : Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Common Area Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas such as hallways, lounges, and dining areas, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Laundry Duties : Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing according to established procedures.
• Waste Management : Properly dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Inventory Management : Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages or equipment malfunctions.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required by the facility.
