Essential Functions
★ Data entry associated with grants, reports, etc. as required by Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operations Officer.
★ Maintains the GetCare and Servtracker systems for Mat-Su Seniors for entry and management of data recording service delivery provided to consumers of the State of Alaska SDS grant services.
★ Run reports from GetCare, Servtracker and /or routing box for CEO, COO, CFO for grants reporting.
★ Obtains demographic and clinical information from clients, care coordinators, and other referral sources
★ Must have DSM account to oversee Plan Of Cares. Contact department managers for signatures. Monitor DSM for POC approvals.
★ Must work closely and mediate with POAs, clients, guardians for accuracy of approved POC’s.
★ Ensure Accounting and Managers receive approved copy of POC.
★ Updating Routing box and Medicaid Excel sheet with current POC.
★ Answers telephone and greets visitors to the Center, routes to appropriate department and/or takes accurate messages for staff or department.
★ Maintain a thorough knowledge of all MSSS programs and services.
★ Provides information and/or referral concerning Center programs.
★ Performs routine clerical as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, typing, filing, and copying, collating and miscellaneous record keeping.
· Attends in-services and required training.
★ Reports all accidents to; Chief Operations Officer.
★ Follows all MSSS procedures and completes necessary forms.
★ Performs other reasonable related duties as assigned.
★ Work safely and recognizes potential unsafe situations. Reports incidents or near misses.
★ Take appropriate action to ensure safety of seniors, co-workers’ and self.
★ Behaves as a team member and communicates professionally.
★ Maintain professional confidentiality regarding personnel, volunteers, and vendors.
★ Comply with OSHA safety and health regulations.
Required Education and Experience
▪ High school diploma
▪ 2 year office experience
Preferred Education and Experience
▪ Social media, Facebook ,webpage experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Experience working for profit or non-profit organizations
