**Duties:**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Implement performance management processes and provide support for talent development initiatives
- Utilize HR software system- Paycom for data management
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience working in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and employment labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in performance management and talent acquisition is preferred
