Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for Technical Support Representative for an organization that manufactures & distributes a product that is used by outdoor enthusiasts across the country.

Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire

Hours : Monday Friday; 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)

Worksite : Hybrid (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Work-From Home) (100% Onsite for Training)

Dress Code : Business Casual

Responsibilities :

1-3 years of high-volume phone-based customer service experience (call center highly preferred).

Experience managing technical inquiries regarding product features, issues, and recommendations.

Troubleshooting issues with customers on the phone and through email.

Providing exceptional customer support through advanced written & verbal communication skills.

Requirements :

1-3 years of high-volume phone-based customer service experience (call center highly preferred).

Experience managing technical inquiries regarding product features, issues, and recommendations.

Ability to troubleshoot with customer while logging details in Salesforce CRM (Salesforce experience preferred)

Experience in a manufacturing / production organization is a plus.
