Job DutiesAs an In-Home Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Following care plans as directed
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as making beds, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, and vacuuming
- Please note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
- At least 6 months of experience in personal caregiving
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and access to transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and other screenings
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Physical and mental fitness to meet the demands of caregiving
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Access to a working telephone with voicemail
