Progression, Inc. is Hiring an Accounting - Bookkeeper Near Petersburg, VA
Must3 Years of Bookkeeping experience
Experience in the Fuel industry
Knowledge of general ledger accounting, Debts/Credits
Knowledge of account reconciliation and account analysis
Knowledge of Sage Mas 90
Previous experience in accounts payable or public accounting is a plus
DutiesProvide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Maintain filing systems and organize documents
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Book travel arrangements for staff members
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
