The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI) is adding a Human Resources Assistant to support our growing organizational needs. The Human Resources Assistant assists the Director of HR with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to licensure tracking, candidate tracking, and orientation preparation. He or she assists with updating and maintaining all HR and compliance related systems. The Human Resources Assistant maintains the highest level of confidentiality where all employee information is concerned and is professional in appearance and manner.

1. Three plus years’ administrative and/or HR experience in a healthcare setting.
2. Excellent computer skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
4. Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
5. Ability to independently lift up to 20 lbs.
