* Experience with onboarding, pay sheets, Colorado state employment laws, recruiting, employee disagreements etc.
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a new head of HR. In this position you meet with the senior management team to discuss strategic planning and workforce development. Throughout the day, you will handle any employee relations issues, oversee talent acquisition strategies, employee onboarding and timesheets, and lead training sessions. You will also use HR metrics to inform decision-making and planning for long-term HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. This position is looking to pay $115,000 to $140,000 salary and will need someone to start by June 10th.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
