Responsibilities
- Administer a learning management system (LMS) that enables supervisors and employees to set and track goals, make assignments, log attendance, record scores/grades, and show certifications and educational achievements that are in alignment with CDI’s priorities
- Oversee, fine tune, and participate in the Specialties Training program for manufacturing teams.
- Conduct skills training and assessments in each functional area to determine needs and priorities.
- Develop knowledge and skill evaluations that quantify employee expertise.
- Encourage the development and ongoing preservation of a corporate culture that encourages teamwork, productivity, and personal growth.
- Facilitate training-related group discussions and training material reviews.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Seminars and workshops in training and safety management field
- 3 years of process engineering, education and training experience is preferred
- Management experience in a manufacturing company with well-developed and administered training programs is desired
