This position is based in Owatonna, Minnesota at the company’s manufacturing facility.DESCRIPTIONThe Supply Chain Director is responsible for leading and developing a growing supply chain team that ensures all supply chain programs, practices and systems are effective, sustainable, scalable, and impactful. This leader works relentlessly to improve efficiency as speed, quality, cost, and customer experience are all significantly impacted by supply chain performance. This is a critical role within the organization as the company is committed to creating value for its customers. RESPONSIBILITIES

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated track record of success.
• Proven ability to analyze, develop and oversee supply chain programs in alignment with an organization’s long-term goals and strategy.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Team oriented work style.
• Strategic thinking.
• Ability to influence with, or without, authority.
• Collaborative by nature.
• Healthy “player/coach” approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• Graduate degree is a plus.

• Complex or large-scale manufacturing experience.
