We are a locally based real estate investment firm with a diverse national portfolio and are looking to add an experienced commercial property manager to our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain all aspects of property operations, marketing, planning, coordinating, and financial duties.
• Initiate and manage all core business processes including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor relations.
• Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the company, and follow up as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective tenant, current tenant, or a vendor.

What you need to succeed:

• Solid work ethic (timeliness, dependability, hard-working, positive attitude, team player)
• Two years experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
