Artisan Kitchens is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Osterville, MA

Love home design? Love people? Love dogs? Small but busy design/build office seeks someone to join our great little team. We are looking for a personable, organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to assist in every aspect of daily work flow.

The successful candidate for administrative assistant will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and providing administrative support to the owner. We are basically looking for a 'right-hand' person, not just a paper-pusher.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, a customer service-oriented mindset, and proven ability to keep the office stocked with dog cookies. The ideal administrative assistant candidate will be able to handle a wide range of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Experience in the construction and/or design industry, 1 years preferred
  • Must be a self starter with good people skills.
  • Organize and manage files and documents.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Help with marketing and social media.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office samples and literature.
  • Work with Office suite: primarily Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
  • Experience with AirTable a plus.
  • MUST love dogs :-)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
