Sunergy Solar - Service Scheduling Dispatcher
Location : Mouth of Provo Canyon (727 1550 E, Orem, UT 84097)

Position Overview :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide remote troubleshooting on solar systems to prevent unnecessary service visits.
- Audit service tickets to ensure accurate and sufficient information is sent to the service tech.
- Schedule service tickets on each technician efficiently to maximize customer support.
- Deliver excellent customer service by coordinating service visits around customer's schedules.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, service completion, and notes.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt and handle scheduling conflicts or changes.
- Familiarity with customer service, field management, and complaint resolution.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation :
- $15-$18 per hour
- Variable - dependent on prior work history and qualifications
