The successful candidate must have 2 years of market rent leasing experience and Yardi experience as well as be a proactive asset manager.

Here is a glimpse of what you will be accomplishing, doing, and provide:

Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service/Operational

• Motivation for sales, operations, and leading a team
• Experience with sales and operations is a plus!
• Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations (New Jersey highly preferred)
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation with a focus on converting leads into sales.
• Manage all email leads, focusing on creating appointments and follow up. Entering all leads into the Yardi database.
• Greet prospective residents and show apartments as needed.
• Oversee customer service and resident relations.
• Process applications and lease renewals.
• Enter guest cards and traffic information.
• Assist new residents during the move-in process.
• Work with the maintenance department to handle apartment turnovers, move-ins and move-outs, and work order requests.
• Handle administrative functions to include clerical responsibilities.
• Maintain effective internal controls over operational activities in compliance with best practice policies and guidelines.
• Listening skills
• High level of intrinsic motivation and get-the job done attitude
• Readiness to accomplish tasks from day one and interest to take on more as develop with the organization
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action

QUALIFICATIONS

• Yardi Property Management experience highly preferred
• Previous experience in leasing, sales and customer service.
• Ability to develop rapport like a pro.
• Ability to complete tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
