This is a hands-on multi-site property manager who would also be a strong leasing team member for approximately 151 units in the Orange, NJ area of northern New Jersey. In this role, you will be working with 1950s vintage buildings, managing multiple capital improvement projects simultaneously, conducting resident events, and someone who is a strong leader for your two Superintendents. Operational

· Manage properties to ensure efficient operating procedures.

· Ensure that Goldberg Realty Associate’s standards of resident satisfaction are met.

· Oversee CAPEX projects to and vendor or contractor relations.

Team Management

· Hire, train, motivate, coach, develop, supervise, discipline and terminate staff in order to achieve the operational goals of the property.

Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service

· Oversee all new lease and lease renewal practices.

· Oversee marketing plans.

· Evaluate curb appeal, and general appearance of the community.

What do you bring to the table?

· Previous residential property management experience that includes responsibility for operational results, sales and marketing and staff supervision.

· Leadership skills.

· Ability to think critically.

· Organization skills.

· Ability to handle multiple priorities.

· Written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

· Proficiency with Yardi is a plus.
