Responsibilities

• Strong menu knowledge
• Floor chart & pivot point knowledge to avoid "auction calling" food
• Friendly and helpful interactions with guests that aid in their experience while placing food on tables
• Ability to stay focused and organized
• Can handle high-volume, fast-paced working environments
• Comply with health and safety regulations and standards
• Strong team dynamic where full hands-in and full hands-out is exhibited
