Shift: Part-time, guaranteed 30 hrs per week, on occasion will have to cover more hours, 4 -6 hrs a day, Monday to Friday, and weekends either a Saturday or Sunday, depending on the need.

Location: Multiple locations in Orange County, Long Beach, and Ontario CA

Incentives: Mileage reimbursement

Common duties for this job: (including but not limited to)

Coverage (Scheduled and On-call)

• Covering an account involves cleaning the account by doing the regular cleaning tasks within the allocated time of that account

Support Cleaning

• Support Cleaning involves helping current accounts with details such as weekly and monthly tasks

Specific Tasks requests (Scheduled and On-Call)

• "Specific task requests" are similar to regular cleaning services, but they may involve different types of cleaning tasks requested by the client. For example, window cleaning or cleaning of areas that are not part of the regular cleaning schedule and are not typically done by the regular cleaner on site.

Reporting.

• Reporting before and after pictures of certain tasks
• Reporting issues found
• Reporting Specific Tasks Requests progress and completion
• Reporting deliveries made

Deliveries

• Deliveries would involve delivering needed supplies or equipment to accounts, picking up equipment from accounts and bringing it back to the office, refilling chemicals, picking up dirty rags and exchanging for clean ones.
• Support Cleaning
  -Support Cleaning involves helping current accounts with details such as weekly and monthly tasks

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license
• Must drive from one location to another (Job To Job)
• Must be able to work in different types of environments and facilities
• Ability to use a smartphone to text, take pictures, take videos, and use various apps used by Juniper Cleaning (training in apps will be provided)
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and have a good attitude
• Attention to detail is a plus
• Have a decent cleaning production rate
• Knowledge of general cleaning, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning equipment
• Ability to clean glass and use window cleaning equipment such as an applicator and squeegee
• Not required but is a plus: knowledge in project work such as carpet cleaning extraction, floor scrub, and power washing machines
