Kforce has a client in need of an Accounting Advisory Manager in Newton Lower Falls, MA. The client is professional consulting firm with a growing client base.

This role will work in a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days in the office.Responsibilities :

• Accounting Advisory Manager will build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor
• Ensure the team is properly matched with client needs and expectations
• Resolve client issues as they arise
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams and internal cross-function offices
• As an Accounting Advisory Manager, you will advise clients on complex accounting and related business decisions
• Identify technical accounting issues and develop appropriate solutions
• Advise on appropriate financial reporting considerations and financial statements filings

Requirements

• CPA required
• 5-8 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge with US GAAP, US SEC financial reporting, and SOX 404 requirements
• A broad knowledge of technical accounting including IPO / SPAC, M&A, ASC 606 and drafting white papers
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
