Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints
- Create architectural designs and drawings using CAD and other design software
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and functionality
- Prepare and review construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent design and visualization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working on commercial and residential projects is preferred
- LEED certification is a plus
