Job Duties
Assist a variety of different positions throughout the company by utilizing organizational and data entry skills to complete the following:
Track company purchases by entering into QuickBooks
Prepare job information packets to ensure that crews have necessary information
Assist with customer communication
Scheduling
Delays
Follow Up
Job Planning
Ensure that locate requests are completed prior to the start of the job.
Ordering job materials
Coordinating with Subcontractors
Complete job walk throughs with sales and project management
Schedule for professional photos following the completion of work
Ensure that approved change orders are communicated to the sales team, Project Manager and Crews
Other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Hours will be 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday

Qualifications
Experience as an Administrative Assistant
Experience with Quickbooks and Google applications
Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus, but not required.
