Ground Builders is Hiring a Construction Administrator Near Omaha, NE

Job Duties

  • Assist a variety of different positions throughout the company by utilizing organizational and data entry skills to complete the following:

    • Track company purchases by entering into QuickBooks

    • Prepare job information packets to ensure that crews have necessary information

    • Assist with customer communication

      • Scheduling

      • Delays

      • Follow Up

      • Job Planning

    • Ensure that locate requests are completed prior to the start of the job.

    • Ordering job materials

    • Coordinating with Subcontractors

    • Complete job walk throughs with sales and project management

    • Schedule for professional photos following the completion of work

    • Ensure that approved change orders are communicated to the sales team, Project Manager and Crews

  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

  • Hours will be 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant

  • Experience with Quickbooks and Google applications
