Overview:
Production is an entry-level position in the Olympia Coffee Production and Roasting department. It is an in-training position considered Level 0 on the Roaster Pathway. At the end of the probationary period Starting Roaster and Production must advance to Production 1 by completing the Production 1 assessment.
Compensation 2024: $20.55 during probationary period 21.30 After probationary period
