Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Bakery Bling™. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring efficient production scheduling, tracking KPI's, maintaining quality control standards, and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management or a related role
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience with inventory management and quality control systems
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience in the food industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
