Job description :
We are looking for an energetic food prep / dishwasher to assist our kitchen staff by helping to prepare food ingredients, prepare meals, distribute food, keep a clean kitchen and work environment and follow all the health and safety guidelines.
Work requirements :
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable alternative.
- 1 years of kitchen production experience.
- Understanding of food preparation fundamentals.
- Ability to follow recipes.
- Understanding of food allergies.
- Keeping utensils and equipment clean and sanitary.
- Willing to do dishes, remove trash, clean.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Available to work shifts, on public holiday's, and over weekends.
