• Manages and controls custody of service tooling.
• Tracks tooling on a daily basis, routes for maintenance, issues tools to technicians and checks tools for jobs.
• Applies procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment.
• Prepares components after rework per FMC specifications and verbal or written instructions.
• Uses material handling equipment to move parts and components from one work or storage area to another as required.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work area.
• Practices good housekeeping in work area.
• Identifies problems, obstacles or opportunities and takes actions to address current and/or future problems through the application of proven and/or new approved techniques.
• Learns procedures and practices safety to prepare for next level.

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• General knowledge of wellhead service tools (Grease units, lubricators, test trailers, running tools)
• Possess a clear understanding of general math and has the ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Proficient in comprehending engineering drawings and BOM’s.
• Proficient in use of personal computer and/or workstation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work interdepartmentally.
• Ability to operate High Torque Wrenches, Overhead Cranes, Jib Cranes, Forklifts, and Rigging.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and measuring devices such as tapes, rulers and pressure gauges.
• Recognized as having a specialized depth of expertise in the field.
• Ability to point out deviations from standards and implement solutions.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
