Lowe's is Hiring a Field Operations Specialist Near Ocoee, FL
- Supports assigned branch location with operational task
- Partners with Field leadership and Industrial Engineer to implement operations and systems changes
- Owns the training and execution for new systems and process rollouts.
- Identifies process gaps at the branch level, providing recommendations to leadership to resolve.
- Deploys to branches outside of assigned locations to support inventories, branch relocations, branch resets, and provide “hyper-care (i.e., sales increases, staffing and/or service challenges)
- May act as back-up for key branch level leadership roles
- Other duties, as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a warehouse operations role working independently with a proving track record
- 2 years’ training, preferred
