Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their reservations and ensuring a smooth booking process. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to assist with reservations
- Provide information about available services, rates, and packages
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update reservation details as needed
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize computer systems and software to manage reservations and customer data
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to market services effectively
- Experience in retail sales or sales management is beneficial
