Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
- Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
- Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring they are safe and organized.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to receive instructions, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehousing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
