Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment - Operate hand and power tools as directed - Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil - Mix, pour, and spread concrete - Assist with the installation of construction components such as pipes, beams, and rebar - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools - Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary - High school diploma or equivalent Note: This is a paid position.
