Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Estimator and/or Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Estimator and/or Project Manager, you will be responsible for bidding jobs, and overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

Duties:

- Estimating and bidding possible leads, jobs, and projects

- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects according to client requirements and specifications

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise during the construction process

- Implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget

- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for document management and collaboration

- Conduct construction estimating using tools like HeavyBid to accurately determine project costs

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficient in using construction management software such as Bluebeam for document management and collaboration

- Experience in construction estimating using tools like HeavyBid to accurately determine project costs

- Ability to effectively manage budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
