Responsibilities:
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities, and expenses)
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Monthly maintenance and reconciliation of journal entries
- Weekly review of receipt entries and payment entries input by the operation team
- Monthly review of proof of delivery against revenue on the income statement
- Monthly review of the correctness of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Compose analyses for income statements and monthly balance sheets for management reporting
- Prepare annual income statement budget and cash flow budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 years experience working in Accounting
- Experienced working in the manufacturing industry
