Duties and responsibilities

- Responsible for Month end and Year end closings

- Responsible for consolidated financials

- Responsible to maintain and manage financial statements of the company

- Monitor and analyze financial accounting data including account reconciliations

- Manage the company’s financial accounts, cash receipts, payables, and financial assets

- Handle the company’s transactions and debts

- Participate in financials audits if required in cooperation with the Head of Administration and the CPA firm

- Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial
objectives

- Create financial report based on financial data analysis

- Make recommendations to the Head of Administration and COO

Continuous improvements

· Quality

- Take process ownership in Thielenhaus Microfinish Corp. quality system

- Ensure all activities of the department comply with legal demands and ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Experienced in preparing general ledgers, financial reports, budgetary reports, and financial forecasting

- Very good organizational skills

- Experienced to work with an ERP System

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Working with entire company management team to improve the financial reporting and develop more efficient workflow processes

- Minimum 2-5 years’ professional accounting experience

- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory capacity

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

- Master’s degree preferred

- Perform continuing education certifications from accredited institutions to update the skills

Start Date = immediately

Salary = $ 75,000 - $ 85,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
