We are actively seeking a Life &; Annuity agent recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will

play a vital part in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and recruiting top independent

Life & Annuity agents.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Make proactive outbound sales calls and emails to:

 Source, contact and recruit agents/agencies with the goal of adding new partners to the

Safe Future Financial Group family. This includes cold and warm prospecting, building

relationships using video, text, and social media platforms.

 Ask probing questions to determine business needs and serve as a consultant to

prospects. Explain how Safe Future Financial Group can meet business needs that their

current marketing organization is not providing.

 Train licensed agents on product solutions and marketing programs.

 Promote our market-leading marketing programs to your agents.

 Respond to inbound calls regarding product solutions and marketing programs.

 Manage each new writing agent’s successful onboarding.

Compensation:

 Base salary plus Commissions

 This is a remote or hybrid opportunity.
