• Produce quotes and sales through positive and clear communication. As an organization that prides itself on providing a customer service experience unlike any other, this is key to the role.
• Enter orders, verify inventory, frequent phone/email conversation, and collaborate with our logistics teams for expected delivery dates, which is a pivotal role in giving the customers real-time accuracy on their orders.
• Ensure that late orders are addressed with high priority and that the customer is notified with up-to-date information.
• Take ownership of your assigned accounts & sales reps, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service as the point of contact that our clients trust and rely on.
• Support our supply chain by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating timely releases, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our co-workers & customers simultaneously.
• Navigate and operate our ERP system, ensuring that pricing, quantities, and delivery dates are always accurate.
• Monitor incoming shipments to make improvements on customer delivery dates.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
