Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Banquet Manager to oversee our banquet operations and ensure the seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, food service management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet functions, including set-up, service, and breakdown
- Manage banquet staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to guests throughout events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute banquet menus
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events

- Enter actual numbers into Delphi FDC and post banquet checks into the OnQ PM system

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a banquet management or related role
- Proficiency in Delphi FDC
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest requests and issues effectively
- Experience in supervising and managing teams
- Knowledge of catering, food production, hospitality management, and kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
