Project Manager (High-end Residential) - Jupiter - Delray
The ideal candidate will have experience with and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Qualifications:
- Project Manager in construction experience required
- High-end Residential ground-up experience required
- South Florida area experience preferred
- 5-7 Years of experience
- Ability to manage job site, sub-contractors, schedule (2 weeks out), Etc.
- Experience managing construction projects $3MM - $25MM
- Experience with construction management software (ProCore, buildertrend, etc.)
- ProCore experience is required
- Excellent benefits and bonus offered
Responsibilities:
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Salary: $100K - 140K Benefits & Bonus
