Eiler Family Dentistry is Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Near North Little Rock, AR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and help ensure excellent patient care.
Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
- Take dental x-rays
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
- Knowledge of anatomy and dental terminology
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices
- Ability to take vital signs accurately
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with Epic or other medical documentation software
- Strong assisting skills to support the dentist during procedures
- Ability to assess patient needs effectively
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Candidates must have completed a Dental Assistant program and hold a valid certification in Dental Assisting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
