We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in the Manufacturing industry, located in North Hollywood, California. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be expected to assist with full-cycle accounting and financial analysis for assigned areas. This role will involve ensuring the accuracy of financial records and statements, and will require skills such as Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, General Ledger management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP packages.Responsibilities:• Prepare monthly journal entries for assigned areas• Conduct monthly roll forwards and reconciliations of general ledger accounts• Complete adjusting journal entries necessary to correctly state the general ledger accounts resulting from reconciliations• Analyze general ledger accounts for unusual variances and make corrections through re-classes and other adjustments as necessary• Prepare and analyze Financial Statements for assigned areas at month end, quarter end, and year end• Assist with quarterly review analysis as needed• Prepare audit and tax schedules for year end• Assist with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as requested
