Job Title: Distribution Center Coordinator
Job Location: North Chicago, IL
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift Structure: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm; ONSITE, Monday to Friday

About the Distribution Center Coordinator Role: Provides administrative and office duties at the Distribution Center.
- Print, organize, and process inbound paperwork: purchase orders, transfers, etc.
- Release, print, organize and process outbound paperwork: sales orders, transfer orders, BOL's (Bill of Ladings), packing lists, etc.
- Investigate order release issues
- Complete location movement and inventory adjustment transactions, as requested
- Scan and file documents electronically.
- Frequently monitor e-mails: completing/delegating requests in a timely manner
- Run and Firm planned transfer orders
- Perform other duties & projects as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic math, writing and reading skills required
- Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word and Outlook), required.
- Able to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Quick Learner
- Able to follow safety-sensitive functions
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
