Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our ERP systems to enhance business operations and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Develop and implement ERP strategies to improve data management and streamline processes
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP systems
- Customize ERP modules to meet specific business needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience in ERP systems, business analysis, and project management
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project execution
- Strong knowledge of VBA, Visio, Power BI, Python, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
