Position: Veeva CRM Business Analyst
Location: ( Onsite for 3 days) Waukegan, Chicago
Type: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance on Veeva CRM implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and customize Veeva CRM modules according to business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and workflows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to Veeva CRM and Salesforce.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Veeva CRM and Salesforce technologies.
- Very good technical knowledge of Veeva CRM.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, preferably in Veeva CRM projects.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, Apex, and Lightning.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry processes and regulations (nice to have).
