Job Summary
- Responsible for working all denials for payers and claims escalation on aged accounts that are not yet been resolved.
- Will track and trend issues or behaviors with the payer and communicate with leadership.
- Prior computerized medical collector experience working with accounts receivables within a hospital, clinic or physician office setting is preferred; one year of experience if in a hospital setting; two years of experience in an outpatient setting. Experience working with Microsoft office programs required; Previous experience working with Meditech/ECW is preferred.
