We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
