Custodian
$16.39/hr
Mon-Thurs 9 A.M.-6 P.M.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surface
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to work in the cold for occasional snow removal
- Ability to work in hot conditions when moving event equipment
- Able to walk, bend, crouch, & reach
- Lift up to 50lbs
Benefits and Pay:
