Position Overview:

In this role we seek an energetic professional interested in helping our clients maintain and understand their insurance coverage requirements through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Work alongside Insurance Agents to provide administrative support
  • Tasks include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous insurance industry work experience (1-2 years)
  • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years)

Functional Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Posses a detail oriented and proactive problem solving mind
  • Dedication to customer service and building exceptional working relationships within the company and with our vendors
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • High degree of independence, dependability, and motivation
