Performs accounting/payroll support services of payroll processing, deduction review, tax filings and a variety of other time-sensitive tasks. Also performs report writing, procedure documentation, and special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Specialized or Technical Knowledge, or Education and Experience: Prefer two or four-year college graduate with a degree in accounting or business. Payroll/timekeeping background and bank statement reconciliation experience preferred. Proficiency in spreadsheets, word-processing and file maintenance required. Communication, organization, problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail are also
essential.
Physical Requirements: Limited lifting, no greater than 30 pounds in the movement of office materials
and equipment. Hand and finger dexterity for use of keyboard skills; ability to use computer terminal,
phone and general office equipment in course of work.
Environmental Conditions: Performs duties in an inside administrative office environment.
Major or Unusual Problems: Rapidly expanding company is increasing the workload and therefore the
ability to produce sufficient volume of work while maintaining accuracy is a must. Requires maintaining
high level of confidentiality and the ability to work well with a variety of internal and external customers.
