- Scans and files all relevant payroll documentation. Receives Personnel Status Change alerts and makes appropriate changes to employee records in Paycor for all terminations, pay rate changes, etc.
- Receives Punch Edit forms and make appropriate changes to employee time cards. Receives, interprets, files and enters various garnishments and liens into payroll. Files payroll reports for each facility’s bi-weekly payroll. Prepares reports for purposes of remitting employee withholdings to vendors (e.g. 401k, 403b, A&S, etc.).
- Ensures proper documentation is maintained.
- Performs quality assessment and assurance functions.
- Maintains and applies current skills and knowledge through continuing education.
- Carries out responsibilities of position in compliance with federal, state, local laws and regulations, and with facility philosophy, policies and procedures.
